Hello to
wonderful people reading it . I am Pragati and today we are going to learn
about how positive affirmations is going to impact your life, its benefits and
how you can incorporate it in your life.
What are
positive affirmations ?
Positive
affirmations are nothing but good positive things we say about ourselves when
we need that little bit of extra confidence, or positive thoughts we remind
ourselves when we are nervous or sad or maybe having a bad day. We all do it at
some point of time in our life , but here we are going to learn to say it
regularly on daily basis.
How does
saying positive affirmation benefit you?
There is
this saying “whatever you say about yourself you become”. Speaking positive
things about yourself everyday will make your brain and mind believe that you
are the one who has these positive qualities. It will help to remodel or
reshape your mind in believing it .
Where can
I find these positive affirmations?
For this
habit of positivity to work you have make it your daily to do task . At start
you have to be disciplined enough to do it everyday at least for 20 days so
that habit is formed . You can listen to it if you have discovered some good
affirmations on podcast or you can write it according to you in your daily
journal . I usually prefer writing my own affirmations in my daily journal but
if I want to listen to it on my morning car ride to work then I would l but
usually they are according to those podcast creator and not me ,but sometimes
it works. Or best you can do is record your own affirmations can listen to it
regularly. I will share my positive affirmation below you can change /modify/add
more according to you.
How to
incorporate this habit into your everyday life?
It can be
listened or wrote down whenever you have time. Recorded affirmations can be
listened while doing morning jog or workout ,doing morning skin care routine or
while getting dressed ,while driving to work. It can be listened while doing
household chores like laundry ,cleaning ,dishes or while getting ready for bed.
Best time for me is when I write my journal since I like to write down my
affirmations daily in old school way , I have separate column for it like first
is todays goal ,then to do list ,then affirmations and etc. I will write
separate blog/post on how I write my
everyday journal so please check it out.
So now lets
start with what we have been discussing for so long . Here is the list of my
positive affirmations I like to listen or write down everyday. Take a long
breath in and out . Read slowly with every breathe, take at least 2-3 seconds
to read every single line to absorb it withing you. Do it in quiet place and do
not let anyone disturb you in this personal moment or you can do is get away
for few minutes from others to read or write it.

healing and working towards better version of you .First few times you will
have doubt about ikt whether it works or not but I want you to still go on and
not quiet because everything takes time to work . If you are reading it, read
